Making complex datasets accessible, secure, and ready for enterprise decision-making
Clatani was built by data engineers and architects who were tired of watching good decisions get delayed by bad pipelines. We build the infrastructure layer so your team can focus on what the data means, not where it's stuck.
Small team, senior hands, no layers
Clatani opened in 2025. We are deliberately small: the person who scopes your pipeline is the person who builds it, and there is no delivery team in another timezone that the work quietly gets handed to. For the kind of problem we take on, that matters more than headcount.
We work on a limited number of engagements at a time, scope each one tightly, and price it before we start. Once a pipeline is live we operate it: every load monitored, every source change absorbed on our side, every break fixed before it reaches your reporting. You consume the data. The plumbing stays our problem. The principle is the same in healthcare, insurance, finance, logistics, or the public sector: the pipeline should be the most boring, reliable part of your stack.
Bad data has an economy-sized price tag
Poor-quality data is estimated to cost the U.S. economy trillions of dollars a year in rework, missed opportunities, and wrong decisions. Clatani’s entire model, retrieval at network scale, governance by default, is built to keep our clients out of that number.
What we do
Three capabilities that turn fragmented sources into decision-ready systems.
Data Provisioning & Extraction
Engineered feeds to capture high-value public and proprietary datasets at scale.
Data Intelligence
Turning raw, chaotic data streams into clean pipelines and decision-ready interfaces.
Security & Governance
Rigorous enterprise-grade security, automated auditing, and compliance from source to dashboard.
How an engagement runs
Every project follows the same six steps, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.
A working session, not a sales call. We map where your data actually lives, what state it’s in, and what decision it needs to support.
Within 48 hours you get a document: deliverables, format, timeline, fixed price, and what we need from your side. You approve it before anything is built.
NDA, and a BAA where protected health data is involved, signed before a single record moves. Least-privilege credentials, scoped to the job.
One senior engineer owns the build end to end. You get a weekly written update and a working environment you can look at, not a status deck.
We reconcile our output against your source of truth and show you the checks. If the numbers don’t tie out, it isn’t done.
Going live is the start of the engagement, not the end of it. We run the pipeline from there: monitoring every load, absorbing source changes, and fixing breaks before they reach your reporting.
How the firm is built
Structure determines what a firm can do well. Ours is deliberate, and it is the reason the work stays close to the people doing it.
